VaNessa did my eye makeup for my 40th birthday party. Her knowledge about her art is far beyond what I expected from a makeup artist! She made recommendations for several products and explained different eyebrow shaping techniques to me (I am a novice at anything makeup!) and followed through with a detailed email with specific information on what we discussed. My eyes looked stunning and sparkly, and the makeup was flawless and lasted the entire evening even in the heat of July. I sat with VaNessa while she pampered my face and transformed my eyes. Her gentle and confident approach made me totally comfortable. Her challenge was not small.....I am 59+ years old, somewhat sunscorched, not attentive to my skin, and I never wear any makeup! When I saw myself in the mirror I just grinned. VaNessa managed to recapture the elements of youth that time has somehow blurred. My eyes were the focus and were definitely NOTICED all night (and after!) by family and friends. VaNessa did my make-up this past July 2010 for my engagement photos.
